We had double room on the top floors. A seating area, ironing facilities and a writing table were important for us. The location was great and fantastic, close to Monti👍
Disappointing aspect was very dated bathroom.

The hotel is very simple and pleasant. The location is ideal. The staff is from Ukranian monastery located in Brasil.
The breakfast is of the kind I do not eat. Instant coffee, bread, jams

I stayed here for 3 days and would stay here again. Really enjoyed excellant breakfast options with more than ample amounts and pastry, as example. The staff where very friendly and genuinely helpful and the services were excellent.

This hotel is located in an excellent spot - just a few blocks from the Coliseum, right next to the beautiful piazza, restaurants, and shops. It is also just a few steps away from a wonderful church. The room was good size and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk manager gave great recommendation regarding the dining and sightseeing. This hotel has an excellent value for the price, especially because of its location.
The main concern is that this hotel closes exactly at midnight! I thought it would not be a problem for me, but when I arrived in Rome, I realized that I would like to enjoy the night life, and coming back to the hotel by midnight adds a little stress to my vacation. However, I felt safer in the same time, because nobody was allowed to enter the hotel at night, which was important for me since I was traveling alone. The other minor complaint is the size of the shower - it was very small (even for a slim girl) and the absence of any bathroom supplies (no shampoo or shower gel was provided). Also, the breakfast was very basic, but good.

The location was very nice - you make just a few steps from the hotel and you see the Colosseum! Hence the metro station is very close - maybe the Cavour is even closer. And you can choose different path every time you go to/from the hotel - so you can explore the city. I almost never used local transportation. The stuff was really nice, thought their english level varied from little to none. I was surprised to see women in religious closing at the reception and religious pictures and painting everywhere, but I did not mind. There is also a chirch next door. They didn't charge me tax 10% and 2 euro as it is stated in hotel description, I do not know if it was their rule or mistake. Be aware that the breakfast is from 8 to 9 only and they close the main door at midnight.
Just some minor flaws. The shower was really narrow - even for a slim girl, and the tap was located really unconvenient - so I accidentally switched it on/off all the time. Also the noise - they have a nice "piazza" in front of the hotel, which gets quite noisy at evenings because a lot of people gather there. I was given a choice between rooms facing the square and the yard, though I've chosen the latter, it was quite noisy too - mostly because of a disturbing sound of elevator.

The hotel is in a very central location, close to the old square, old town, Colosseum, and Piazza della Madonna dei Monti. the room had a comfortable seating area, ironing facilities, and a writing table.
